Returns Policy

UK Customers:

All orders must be returned within 14 working days of the delivery date to the address below.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all labels still attached.

  • Please complete the returns form included in your parcel and enclose it with your return. You can download a copy of the form here. 

International Customers: Please return your order within 28 days of the delivery date.

Discount Code Orders:

  • If you paid using a discount code and would like a refund, the entire order must be returned.

  • If you want an exchange, you may return just the item(s) to be exchanged.

Exchanges:

Once your returned item has been received, your exchange will be sent using the contact details provided on your original order.

Refunds:

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days, depending on your bank.

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order.

  • Please use a reliable, trackable postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

  • We cannot accept returns that:

    • Smell of smoke

    • Are covered in pet hair

    • Are marked, worn, or used
